By downloading or using the Cleario (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
Cleario provides ingredient information for educational and informational purposes only. Cleario is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The App scans and interprets ingredient labels on food, personal care, and household products, and the analysis is generated by automated systems that may contain errors or omissions. Information provided by the App should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, dietary, or allergy advice. Always read product labels yourself and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions regarding your diet, allergies, or health. If you have a known allergy or medical condition, do not rely on the App alone to identify or avoid relevant ingredients.
By using Cleario, you agree that we, the developers and operators of the App, shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or health complications that may arise from the use or misuse of the App. The App's information should not be relied upon as the sole basis for dietary decisions. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the data presented.
Users of the App acknowledge that any information provided by the App is to be verified independently. We encourage users to read food labels carefully and consult official sources or professionals for critical dietary or allergy-related information.
Cleario is provided “as-is,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, bugs, or inaccuracies, and we are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information displayed in the App.
Cleario offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, “Cleario Pro,” which unlocks unlimited scans and unlimited cupboard storage. The price is shown in the App at the point of purchase (currently US$7.99 per month, or the equivalent in your local currency). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings; deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. Without an active subscription, the App's free tier provides a limited number of scans and a limited number of saved cupboard items.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
